Some Celebrities Who Donated Funds to Los Angeles Wildfires Relief Efforts
Jamie Lee Curtis has committed $1 million through her family foundation to support a wildfire relief fund.
BeyoncĂ© also committed to donating $2.5 million through her BeyGOOD foundation. The legendary hitmaker pledged that the funds were “earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who lost their homes, and to churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires.”
Billionaire pop queen Taylor Swift donated to several organizations supporting housing, education, and emergency relief in Los Angeles, including Habitat for Humanity, the LA Regional Food Bank, and MusiCares. She encouraged her fans to contribute as well.
Meanwhile, Halle Berry and Sharon Stone announced their direct contributions to COOP, an organization gathering essential clothing items for wildfire victims.
Arnold Schwarzenegger announced on X that he is personally donating $1 million to the LAFD Foundation, the California Fire Foundation, and L.A.’s Habitat for Humanity. The Austrian Oak also created a custom-designed shirt, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to these organizations.
But I know you want to help. So I had my team design a shirt. 100% of the profits will go to those organizations. The shirt might look familiar – it’s based on an LA classic they sell to tourists on the Venice boardwalk, except I can use my image: https://t.co/RcIBqbkOnP

Dave Grohl, Nirvana alum and frontman of the Foo Fighters, volunteered with Feed the Streets, preparing meals for displaced families and incarcerated firefighters. To top it off, it was Grohls’ birthday!
Of course, Grohl was also part of FireAid, a massive benefit concert held last week for victims of the wildfires.
At the event, Dave Grohl reunited with his former Nirvana bandmates Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear for a powerful performance, joined by St. Vincent, Kim Gordon, and Joan Jett, who stepped in to honor the late Kurt Cobain. Together, they delivered inspired and unexpected renditions of “Breed,” “School,” and “Territorial Pissings.” The set also included Grohl’s daughter, Violet, who took the stage to perform “All Apologies.”
Jennifer Garner, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry all also volunteered with World Central Kitchen to distribute meals, lending their support to first responders and displaced residents in need.
