During an interview with the Daily Mail, Blanchard’s soon-to-be ex-husband admitted things are going well for him. “I’m not doing well with it,” he explained about the separation. “For me, it just came out of the blue.”
Anderson further stated that he was shocked that Gypsy Rose Blanchard was seen in New Orleans with her old flame, Ken Urker. The former couple, who split in 2019, got matching tattoos during their NOLA visit.
Before the trip with Urker, Blanchard announced her separation from Anderson, whom she married in 2022 while she was in prison.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she said in the Facebook post. “Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents’ home down the bayou.”
“I have the support of my family and friends to help me guide through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am.”
“I had no idea she still had such strong feelings for him,” Anderson said. He further shared that he hasn’t spoken to Blanchard and he doesn’t know what’s going on between her and Urker.
“I just don’t know what’s going on,” Anderson continued. “I’m at a loss. I’m not really doing well at all.”
Although seen together and had matching tattoos done, Blanchard and Urker claim they are not getting back together. They are just friends.
