An attorney from Texas, Tony Buzbee, is representing more than 120 victims who have filed complaints about the music producer. Five new lawsuits were recently filed by both men and women.
According to TMZ, one of the suits came from a woman who claimed she was only 18 years old at the time of the assault. The incident happened back in 2001 outside of a Halloween party in NYC. The woman claims that one of Diddy’s security guards escorted her out to a limousine where Combs and 6 other guards were waiting.
Similar to many of the other accusations, the woman then claimed that Combs handed her a drink that eventually made her feel dizzy. She then said that he forced her to perform oral sex on each of the men, including himself. The woman also mentioned that Diddy sprayed champagne on her. And wouldn’t let her leave until she did what he instructed.
Combs Pleads Not Guilty Amid Ongoing Alleged Assaults
The second disturbing lawsuit came from a man from Florida who attended a party in Miami. The man also claimed that Combs gave him a beverage that was laced, which caused him to “fall in and out of consciousness”. He then reported that after waking up he realized that Combs had raped him.
Despite the number of accusations, Combs continues to plead not guilty. The rapper’s attorneys told TMZ that “Buzbee’s barrage of lawsuits are shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments.” They also claim that “Diddy never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone”.
Combs was arrested back in September for charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has since been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY where he awaits his May 2025 trial.
