“I wanted to be super clear [because] it seems my answer to the IVF question may have been confusing,” she explained. “I got pregnant 100% naturally, NOT through IVF… one year after stopping IVF actually. Through God’s blessing on Valentine’s Day.”
Kourtney Kardashian revealed that she and Travis Barker were “officially done” with IVF during the season three premiere of The Kardashians.

“I would love a baby more than anything but I just really believe in what God has in store for us,” she explained, per Today. “If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”
Kourtney Kardashian also stated that she felt “pressure” to freeze her eggs when she was 38 or 39. This was even before she and Travis got together. she noted that her doctors were able to retrieve seven eggs during the process successfully. However, “most of them didn’t survive the thaw… and none of them made it to an embryo.”
“The freezing of the eggs isn’t guaranteed. I think that that’s a misunderstanding. People do it thinking it’s a safety net and then it’s not,” she added.
