Chrissy Teigen sparked a lively debate online, leaving fans wondering—what’s the socially acceptable age limit for kids to crash mom’s bath time? The 39-year-old model and chronic oversharer posted candid family photos on her Instagram account on Saturday.

In the first photo, Teigen is in a bathtub with her children: 6-year-old Miles, 2-year-old Esti, and 19-month-old Wren, who she shares with her husband, John Legend. Their eldest daughter, 8-year-old Luna, isn’t in the picture.
In the comments, some of Teigen’s nearly 42 million Instagram followers took issue with her 6-year-old being in the tub with her.
“Isn’t her son a little old to be taking a bath with his naked mom?? Very strange,” one top comment read. “Your boys are too old to be in the bath with you. Not appropriate at all,” a second comment echoed.
“Bathing with your kids is one thing, but is there a need to be topless doing so??” another onlooker questioned. “I don’t care how young or old or close you are to your kids, there’s no need to be topless especially posting to social media!! Just keep it private then,” they added.
Yet another concerned onlooker wanted extreme measures taken over the snapshot.
“She should be arrested. If her husband did this with his daughters??!!!” they exclaimed.
Some Fans Defended Teigen Bathing with Her Children
However, a few proud mommies took up for Teigen. “PSA: nakedness is only sexual because you are making it that way. That’s a YOU problem,” one comment in defense of the model read.

While Teigen hasn’t seemed to clap back at folks questioning her bathing with her children, she was quick to defend her cleanliness when one onlooker wondered why the bath water in the snap was so cloudy.
“Why is she always in dirty bathwater?” one armchair expert in hygiene questioned. “It’s a coconut milk bath for sensitive skin but go off,” Teigen shot back.

“What is happening here?” Legend asked, capturing his model wife scrubbing herself in a bathtub that looked suspiciously like vegetable soup.
Unsurprisingly, the footage was a misguided ad, showing her removing body makeup with an exfoliating cleanser from John Legend’s skincare brand, Loved01. The video also highlighted a tube of the cleanser.
“IDGAF if it is makeup. It looks dirty,” one onlooker declared. “That dirty ass water wtf,” a second fan echoed.
As usual, Teigan clapped back, writing in the comments: “The water is dirty because I’m getting my body makeup off, like I said in the video my sweet angels!”
