A source close to PEOPLE confirmed the exciting news just weeks after the couple celebrated their fifth anniversary.
Although the couple hasn’t announced the news, Katherine did share some photos of Eloise and Lyla on a horse while showing what may be a small baby bump.
“Things that make me happy,” she wrote in the post’s caption. “A gloomy morning followed by a barn visit.”
The social media post also features photos of Chris carrying Eloise on his shoulders as he walks on a path and by the horse barn.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger share daughters Lyla, born in August 2020, and Eloise, born in May 2022. The Guardians of the Galaxy also shares his 11-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
Katherine Schwarzenegger Says Parenting With Chris Pratt is ‘Life-Changing’
In a 2021 essay on her mother Maria Shriver’s website, Katherine Schwarzenegger opened up about how parenting with Chris Pratt was “life-changing” to her in multiple ways.
“When I became a mother, I felt like everything in my life had led me right to that baby being put on my chest, and it was perfect,” Katherine wrote. “Embarking on this new chapter of motherhood allowed for a new blossoming of a part of my relationship with my own mother.”
Katherine then wrote that she always had an “immense” amount of respect for her mother. But since becoming a mother herself, her respect and admiration for her is now “out of this world.”
“I ask her questions every single day,” Katherine continued. “Not just about motherhood, but about marriage, work, friendships, parenting and so much more. I know how lucky I am to have her.”
Katherine went on to add that she hopes to be half as perfect of a mother as Maria is. “I hope to raise kids to feel as loved and as accepted as she has with me and my siblings.”
Chris Pratt previously gushed about Katherine Schwarzenegger and her approach to parenting.
In an Instagram post, he wrote, “Witnessing you be a mom to Lyla and Eloise and a stepmom to Jack makes me fall more and more in love with you every day.”
“The 24/7 job of scheduling, transporting, loving, nurturing, managing calendars, planning activities, the nutrition, the boundaries, the rules, the patience, the gentleness, the firmness, the wisdom, and grace. It’s truly a marvel.”
