“That’s awesome. It’s a great honor,” Kelce told reporters. “I think, you know, no matter who the president is, I know I’m excited because it’s the biggest game of my life, you know, and having the president there, you know, it’s the best country in the world. So, that’d be pretty cool.”

The remark came just months after President Donald Trump declared that he hates Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift.
Following the first and only 2024 Presidential Debate, Swift took to Instagram to announce that she was voting for Kamala Harris, Trump’s opponent.
“If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most,” she wrote in her social media post. “As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country.”
She also stated that she was made aware of the AI photos of her falsely endorsing Trump in the race, which he posted on his Truth Social account. “It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter. The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth.”
Donald Trump Declared He Hated Taylor Swift
Although she stated that she was voting for Harris, Taylor Swift encouraged her fans to do their own research and cast their votes as they wished. She also advised them to register to vote.
She signed the post “Childless Cat Lady” as a dig against Trump’s running mate, JD Vance.
In response to Swift’s post, Trump declared on Truth Social, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”
He also stated that he preferred Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, over the “Look What You Made Me Do?” hitmaker.
“I actually like Mrs. Mahomes much better if you want to know the truth,” Trump said during an interview with Fox News. He also claimed Brittany was “a big Trump fan” after she liked and then eventually unlike an Instagram post about Trump’s “2024 GOP Platform.”
He then stated that he “was not a Taylor Swift fan.”
“It was just a question of time. She couldn’t, you couldn’t, possibly endorse Biden,” Trump “added. “She’s a very liberal person.”
