Not long after Kanye West decided to invoke his son and Taylor Swift’s names in a new song, Travis Kelce’s dad Ed didn’t hold back his thoughts.

Continuing to publicize on his feud with Swift, West teamed up with fellow rapper Ty Dolla Sign to release a new single. Although he just say “Taylor” in the single, West did a full name-drop for Kelce.
“I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” West rapped in the song. It is titled “Lifestyle (Demo).”
The single is being featured in the second edition of West’s Vultures album.
Travis Kelce’s father isn’t having any of Kanye West and his latest music shenanigans. In a post on Facebook, Ed shared a screenshot of the DailyMail’s article, “Kanye West mentions Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in Vultures 2 track.”
He wrote in the caption, “Mental illness on full display.”
Ed’s followers quickly responded to the post, agreeing with his assumption about West. “A very sick person with way too much money,” one person wrote. Another follower stated, “You tell them, Ed! Protect Taylor and Travis at all costs. They are absolutely incredible together.”
Taylor Swift Seemingly Reacts to Kanye West’s New Single About Her And Travis Kelce
Although she and Travis Kelce have not publicly addressed Kanye West’s new single, Taylor Swift seemingly dropped an Easter egg about the track during her Aug. 3 Eras Tour performance in Warsaw.
While singing her Red set, Taylor was spotted wearing a graphic t-shirt that read, “I Bet You Think About Me.”
Despite “I Bet You Think About Me” being one of the Red vault tracks, some Swifites believe the shirt was a “clap back to West’s single.
The feud between Kanye West and Taylor Swift goes back more than a decade. He started it by deciding to interrupt her 2009 VMA acceptance speech. The conflict came to a head when West asked Siwft if he could put her name in the song “Famous.”
“I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that b— famous,” he rapped.
While she was originally cool with the name-drop, Swift denied that she personally approved of him calling her a b—. Kim Kardashian entered the situation by releasing a video of the phone call between West and Swift about the single. It was later revealed that the video was edited.
“Make no mistake — my career was taken away from me,” Swift recalled during her TIME 2023 Person of the Year interview. “You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar.”
