Former Power Rangers star Hector David Jr. is in hot water with the law after he was accused of assaulting an elderly man in Idaho in late July.

In a Facebook post, law enforcement officials in Nampa, Idaho released a video of a man who appeared to be David being involved in a physical altercation with the elderly man over a parking situation. The incident occurred on July 26.
Authorities claim he “pushed an elderly man to the ground after they exchanged words about a parking issue,” and then left the man on the ground. He drove away in a raised-up black 4-door truck with a Texas license plate.
Thankfully, the elderly man who was battered was helped up and he is going to be ok.
In a statement to CNN, the police shared that Power Rangers actor, David Hector Jr., was identified as the person of interest. “Our community identified him, and we have since learned that he is an actor who played the Green Power Ranger – Hector David Rivera, 35, of Nampa, Idaho, aka Hector David Jr.”
However, law enforcement says they have yet to locate Hector, who has an arrest warrant with misdemeanor battery. “We have an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor battery. We have not been able to locate Mr. Rivera, so he is still at large,” the spokesperson added.
David played the Green Samurai Ranger in the Power Rangers franchise from 2011-2015. He was also in other film projects such as Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, The Dead Diaries, The Sand, The Bay, and The Wrong Life Coach. According to his IMDb profile, he has four filming products in the works.
David also deleted his social media accounts following the ordeal.

Meanwhile, Power Rangers alum Hector David Jr. dropped out of the Magic Valley Comic-Con in Twin Falls, Idaho. The event took place days after the incident in Nampa.
Right before the event was scheduled to take place, the organizers revealed David wouldn’t be in attendance. “He will not be at the Comic-Con,” they stated on Facebook. “Just like all of you, we just found out as well.”
The Comic-Con’s marketing director, Larissa Long, also spoke to KTVB about the incident. “We are just finding out about this ourselves,” she explained. “We are looking into it and will take appropriate action.”
