According to TMZ, Rodrigo was performing her hit song Love Is Embarrassing when her top broke open in the back. Despite the awkward situation, the singer and songwriter kept it together while continuing to sing. A fan attending the show managed to catch the entire ordeal on video and posted it on TikTok

Olivia Rodrigo eventually was able to motion one of her nearby dances to fix the bustier. “I almost flashed you guys but it’s OK now,’ she declared to the crowd after the song ended. She then moved offstage and someone fixed the top. Fans applauded her for how she handled the situation.
Fans took to the TikTok video’s comment section to praise Rodrigo and the dancer. “she handled it like a bloody pro,” one fan wrote. “And the fact that it happened during Love Is Embarrassing and she laughed it off is just brilliant.”
Another fan added, “[That] dance was FOCUSED. Also the hair flip on beat.”
Rodrigo is scheduled to perform three more shows in London before heading to Belgium. Other stops on her tour are Amsterdam, Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Madrid, and Lisbon. She recently added Asia and Australia dates for the tour, making it a total of 82 shows globally.

During a 2023 interview with Capital FM in England, Olivia Rodrigo stated she wrote the songs on her Guts album with a tour concept “in mind.”
“I think there’s a lot of fun songs,” Rodrigo said about the album. “I wrote th album with a tour in mind, so I think they’re all songs I wanted people to be able to scream in a crowd. Hopefully, that’s what’s achieved.”
Olivia Rodrigo also told PEOPLE that the tour will include stops with significantly bigger audiences. “The energy’s just going to be fantastic, and I’m going to all these countries I’ve never been before,” she said. “So I’m just excited to travel and get to meet new people that I didn’t get a chance to do last time.”
Speaking about how she had prepared for the tour, Rodrigo said she looked at other artist’s tour performances for inspiration. “I have been trying to go to as many shows as I can,” she explained. Rodrigo pointed out she attended a Tate McRae show and thought it was so fun.
“She’s such an incredible dancer, such an incredible singer/songwriter,” she added. “It got me very excited to start playing my songs for crowds. But every concert is different, and I’m trying to collect as much information as I can.”
