Nikki Glaser took part in Netflix’s live comedy roast on Sunday evening, slamming Kevin Hart and Tom Brady, among others.
When it was Nikki’s time to stand at the podium and roast her fellow stars, she did not hold back. “Thank you 15-cent,” she started. “You really gotta hand it to Kevin Hart — ’cause he can’t reach.”
“No one works harder than this man,” she continued. “Do you know that every morning, Kevin wakes up at 4 a.m. to make a sh–ty movie? No, I love your movies. Or, as I call them, short films. I’m kidding, I hate them.”
“No, sorry, Kevin, I don’t mean to belittle you, but, you be little, man,” Nikki continued. “Like, you’re a tiny guy. Kevin is 5′ 2”, 150 pounds, um — 155 after The Rock finishes, but –”
Nikki Glaser Roasts Tom Brady for Crypto Loss
Eventually, Nikki moved on to the true subject of the roast: Tom Brady. Fans believe she made arguably the most savage jokes of the entire roast.
At first, Nikki referenced Tom leaving his ex, Bridget Moynahan, whom he dated back in the early 2000s.
“Hard to walk away from something that isn’t your pregnant girlfriend,” she said, referencing his retirement from the NFL.
Then, she moved on to a topic no one else dared to mention.
“Tom also lost 30 million dollars of crypto,” she called out. “Tom, how did you fall for that?”
According to Essentially Sports, “After his retirement, Brady became a prominent ambassador for the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, only to reportedly lose a staggering $30 million when the company collapsed last year.”
“Even Gronk was like, ‘No, that’s not real money!'” Nikki added, making a dig at tight end Rob Gronkowski.
This was certainly a sore spot for Tom. However, everyone in the crowd absolutely lost it at Nikki’s joke.
