Multiple stargazers across the U.S. and Europe have spotted a “UFO sighting” with an eerie “haze” surrounding them.
One person documented their experience and shared it on X. In the videos, you can see a seemingly foggy light move slowly through the clear sky.
Another person shared their own video on X. With it, they wrote, “Somebody, please tell me this isn’t a UFO…Completely clear skies, and I see a super blurry white light (no flashes like a plane), coming straight at me horizontally.”
“It then goes straight up and FREAKING [DISAPPEARS],” they added. “Checked, and there [were] NO rocket launches or anything like that (either way a rocket would’ve emitted a different color light). I was able to get this much on camera. SOMEONE EXPLAIN PLZ.”
Multiple X users responded, claiming they saw the same scene in Arizona.
Mysterious ‘UFO Sighting’ Spotted Worldwide
Despite the confusion and controversy surrounding this intriguing UFO sighting, several individuals stepped forward with — different — explanations.
“It’s absolutely a rocket,” one person wrote. “Launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base (formely Vandenberg AFB). The different colors are a result of sunlight bouncing off the various chemicals in the exhaust plume. It ‘disappeared’ when the first stage was jettisoned.”
Someone else deemed it “a celestial event!”
“What you described could potentially be a meteor or a piece of space debris burning up as it enters the Earth’s atmosphere,” the X user wrote. “These often appear as bright streaks of light moving across the sky and can sometimes break apart into smaller pieces before fading away.”
Furthermore, The Alpha Centauri stepped in to clear up any debates.
Translated, their statement reads, “Again mysterious objects in the Ukrainian sky! Over some regions of the country, the second stage of the Falcon 9 carrier could be seen, launching two WorldView Legion satellites.”
