Security Guard Shot Outside Drake’s Home
Drake’s $100 million home in Toronto has been the subject of a lot of Malice lately. Earlier this week, one of his security guards was injured in a drive-by shooting that happened in the wee hours of the morning.
“Officers found the security guard suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, Inspector Paul Krawczyk said at a news conference. The guard was standing outside a gate when he was injured,” NBC News Reports.
“Police said in a news release they believe he “was shot from a vehicle which then fled the scene.”
Another Security Guard Shot in Separate Incident
This is the second high-profile shooting in less than a week. The Weeknd’s manager – Amir “Cash XO” Esmailian – was in a serious situation early in the morning on April 29. One of his security guards was shot multiple times.
“The Los Angeles Police Department said multiple 911 calls came in reporting shots fired near the 101 Freeway and White Oak Avenue around 2:30 a.m.,” Fox 11 Reports.
“One of the calls came from the victim who reported he had been shot by the guard shack. They described the suspects as three armed men wearing hoodies and surgical masks. After being shot, the suspects ran away from the scene.
When first responders arrived, the shooting victim was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition. He was taken into surgery and is expected to survive,” Fox 11 added.
