“Out with the old in with the New!” Rinna’s New Year’s Eve post, which was through her Instagram Stories, stated.
The former reality TV star previously bared it all in an Instagram post celebrating the start of 2024.
“HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2024,” she wrote in her Dec. 31, 2023 Instagram post, which also featured her completely naked. “STARTING IT OFF FRESH.”
Following the nude celebratory 2024 selfie, Rinna posed for Cosmopolitan’s “Sex After 60” digital January 2024 cover. While speaking to the publication, she revealed how her “sexual persona” has evolved since she married her husband, Harry Hamlin, in 1997.
“Well, within those 31 years, I had children, and that’s a whole moment in itself,” Rinna stated. “And then I had postpartum depression, and I completely lost my mojo.”
She further explained that she didn’t know she had lost her mojo for the first 15 months of eldest daughter Deliah’s life.
“Then, once we figured it out, I was treated for it, and I was ready for it when I had Amelia,” Rinna continued. “I went on an antidepressant, which helped tremendously. Without that, I don’t know how long it would’ve taken. I’m very positive and a very happy person, and I felt completely hopeless. And that’s pretty scary when you’ve never had that happen in your life.”
Lisa Rinna Revealed How Her Sexuality Has Changed As She Ages
While continuing to speak to Cosmopolitan, Lisa Rinna talked about how her sexuality has changed as she ages.
“I mean, we’re not procreating,” Rinna explained. “It really goes back to procreation. And when you’re ovulating, the universe says you need to make a baby, and you’re sexual.”
She then pointed out she found it interesting that women go through menopause.
“I know it’s a drag for people to talk about menopause, and it’s like, ‘Oh, it’s a dirty secret, and we don’t want to talk about it.'” Rinna continued. “But the truth is, you change. You’re not about making a baby. So you’re not as crazy sexually driven—you just aren’t.”
The reality TV star also noted she’s “a big proponent of hormones.”
“Because I think that without them, life is just f*cking miserable,” she added. “They have been really helpful in my being able to stay feeling good about myself.”
