During the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis was chatting about Tommy John Underwear being “the most comfortable underwear out there” when his big brother announced he doesn’t wear undergarments.
“I do not wear underwear,” Jason Kelce declared. “And I don’t wear underwear based on comfort. The reason I don’t wear underwear is because I find it unnecessary and problematic to the freedom that my boys like to enjoy… I guess I don’t think that’s going to change.”
Curious about his brother’s “no underwear” policy, Travis asked Jason if there was any occasion when he would put up on the undergarments. Jason replied workouts are when he decides to put on a pair.
Jason Kelce explained that chafing sometimes happens and makes things uncomfortable. However, instead of putting on underwear, he uses compression shorts to hold everything in place and prevent chafing.
Besides working out, Jason has no interest in wearing underwear.
Jason Kelce Admitted to Losing His Super Bowl Ring In a Pool of Chili
Along with debating about Jason Kelce’s no underwear policy, the recently retired athlete revealed to his brother Travis that he had lost his 2018 Super Bowl ring.
Jason revealed that during their sold-out live show at the University of Cincinnati last week, he lost his ring while participating in the Lambaby Games. As part of the event, contestants are supposed to dig through a pool of chili to find replicas of the ring.
“As you guys know, this game existed because I continually lose my Super Bowl ring,” Jason Kelce explained. “And I don’t even know if Travis still knows this, but I legitimately lost my Super Bowl ring in this event. They could not find it.”
Jason also said that “socks with some make-believe rings” were placed in the pool of chili. “And then there’s actually only one real ring in there, which was my Super Bowl ring.”
Jason then noted he had looked through the chili again the next day, but could not find the ring. “All of this stuff has been thrown away, so I think we can safely assume that my Super Bowl ring is now in a landfill, someplace in the Cincinnati Tri-State area.”
After discussing various scenarios about what could have happened to the ring, Jason just admitted defeat. “Yes, the Super Bowl ring is gone. We’ve already put the insurance claim in.”
He added that the insurance company will have a say about the claim.
