Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher was arrested in December on multiple domestic violence charges, a new report reveals.

According to a statement by the New South Wales Police to PEOPLE, officers of the Ryde Police Area Command arrested Gallagher on the morning of December 27, 2025. He was accused of assaulting a woman he knew at a Sydney-area apartment complex the day before.
Law enforcement officials stated that the woman did not suffer any serious injuries. However, Gallagher was taken to the Gladesville Police Station where he was charged three offenses related to domestic violence. The offenses were assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault.
Although he was initially refused bail, Gallagher was later released on condition bail following an appearance in Bail Division Court 7 on December 28. He was ordered to appear at the Burwood Local Court on January 15, 2026.
Gallagher is due back in the same court on September 1 for another hearing.

The shocking arrest happened just months after Gallagher and Below Deck Mediterranean star Gael Cameron welcomed their first child together.
The duo met during Season 9 of the hit reality TV show. They briefly broke up before getting back together in late 2024. They welcomed their son, Kayden Cameron-Gallagher, in June 2025.
Captain Sandy Yawn spoke about the couple, telling PEOPLE in a July 2025 interview, “I watched Nathan over the years I’ve been with him. I wondered what happened to him and Gael. When he came back this season, I was like, ‘Where is she?’ They went different ways, and then I found someone, and then I fired someone, and she was available. The next thing you know…”
Yawn went on to declare, “It was like they were meant to be together.”
Cameron also spoke to PEOPLE in May 2025 about the pregnancy.
“Honestly, it was a mix of emotions,” she said, recalling when she found out about the pregnancy. “I was excited, a little scared, but mostly just overwhelmed with happiness. It felt surreal in the best way, like everything was about to change in the best way possible.”
