AJ McLean from Backstreet Boys recently revealed his favorite *NSYNC song to perform on tour. In a conversation with People, he said his top two songs were actually not among the more popular choices.

“Well, now it’s changed, because we do ‘Space Cowboy’ in the show, and that’s become my new favorite,” the singer told People at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday. “‘Digital Get Down’ was always my favorite. Just because it was adult, dirty, raunchy.”
Both of these songs are part of the No Strings Attached album, which was released back in 2000. It was also the band’s third studio album and included hit singles like “Bye Bye Bye, “It’s Gonna Be Me,” and “This I Promise You.”
McLean was joined by Lance Bass, member of *NSYNC, at the iHeartRadio Awards. In fact, they even presented on stage and sat in the audience together. It’s safe to say both bands are still thriving.
“It’s a testament to the fans, the music, and to each other, the brotherhood,” he told People. “We love what we do. We’re a bunch of hams. We live to be on stage. So any chance we get to perform, be on tour, any of that, we’re going to keep doing it until literally the wheels fall off. So we’re coming up on 31 years together this month, and we’re still standing and we’re still going.”
AJ McLean Favorite *NSYNC Song
McLean, member of Backstreet Boys, and Joey Fatone, member of *NSYNC, are currently touring together and performing both bands’ songs.
AJ revealed that his favorite *NSYNC songs to perform include Space Cowboy and Digital Get Down, two of which are lesser-known songs that are a bit more “raunchy.”
According to People, “McLean and Fatone, 47, announced their joint “A Legendary Night” tour across North America in January. The first run of shows for the tour kicked off on March 15 in Temecula, California, and concluded on March 30 Jacksonville, Florida.”
Due to popular demand, the pop stars added more shows to the tour.
“We added now 20 more dates,” McLean said. “Half of those are sold out and we’re about to add more dates in August … It’s 90 minutes of just organized chaos and fun. So if you haven’t seen it, come see it and you will not regret it.”
