In her latest Instagram post, Ostovich is seen working out with her punching bag. “Third trimester ain’t stopping me,” she wrote in the caption. “I’m sure Miss. Dovey Girl is having the time of her life in there.”
Rachael Ostovich also stated she was having fun with her new water punching bag. She offered some helpful tips on using the workout equipment.
“Punch it bare knuckle to build tolerance,” she explained. “feels the closest to punching a real person. Did this a lot to get ready for my BKFC fight. Highly recommend.”
She also used the hashtag #OnlyFans, indicating the full workout is on her adult content account.
Rachael Ostovich announced her pregnancy in late February. “Very blessed to bring in another year,” she wrote in the post, which featured a snapshot of her posing nude with her baby bump. “Doing what my God-given body was created to do. How divine. Baby Ostovich-Tuinei coming soon.”
This is her first child with Comedian Tumua Tuinei. She also shares her first child, daughter Ruby Rose, with her ex-husband and fellow MMA fighter, Arnold Berdon.
The former couple had a combative relationship, with Ostovich filing a restraining order against Berdon after he allegedly assaulted her and left her with a broken orbital bone in 2018.
After being found guilty of domestic assault in 2019, Berdon was sentenced to four years of probation. Ostovich was also forced to file for full custody of their daughter.
Rachael Ostovich Praised Her Family for Being Amazing and Supportive
During a 2019 interview with UFC, Rachael Ostovich opened up about the constant support she receives from her family.
“I have a great support system,” she declared. “My family is amazing. I actually had to humble myself and move back in with my parents.”
“And you know, that kind sucks [after] living on your own having your own space. But sometimes we need to do things that we don’t want to do, but we know we need to do, and I believe that’s one of them.”
Rachael also said that she wouldn’t fighting and living without her family. “I have to thank God,” she pointed out. “Honestly, I know, it’s overused. Whatever. But that is my only explanation for being where I’m at today and being able to walk through… this crazy situation and still come up positive at the end.”
