Sinners star Hailee Steinfeld and her husband, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

The 29-year-old Hawkeye actress announced the happy news in a Substack post titled “Special Delivery.”
“Our baby girl has arrived!!” Steinfeld gushed in the newsletter. “We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”
In December, Steinfeld announced her first pregnancy in a Substack newsletter celebrating her 29th birthday. The actress shared a list of her 29 favorite moments from the past year.
At the end of the list, Steinfeld shared a video announcing her pregnancy. The clip showed her in the snow with her husband, Allen, also 29, as he kissed her pregnant belly.
Soon after announcing via their newsletter, the couple shared the same video in a joint Instagram post.
“I love you ❤️,” Allen, ever the wordsmith, wrote in the comments.
During a press conference in January, Allen shared his excitement about becoming a father and starting the next chapter of his life with Steinfeld.
“It’s something that I will take with great pride. And we’re going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else,” Allen said.
“But this is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad. And I know I love being a football player, and I love being a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. But I’m looking forward to this one.”
Last summer, the star-crossed lovers tied the knot private wedding ceremony in Montecito, California. The True Grit actress and quarterback were first linked in 2023, and he proposed in November 2024 during the Bills’ bye week with a cliffside proposal overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
