Chance Perdomo, an actor known for his roles in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Gen V, has died following a motorcycle accident. Perdomo was only 27.

“On behalf of the family and his representatives, it is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident,” the actor’s representative Rachel Hunt said in a statement, per AP. Hunt added that local authorities said no one else was involved in the accident.
Perdomo was a familiar face to genre fans. He portrayed Ambrose Spellman throughout all four seasons of Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, where Kiernan Shipka starred as the title character. He also played Andre Anderson in Prime Video’s The Boys spinoff Gen V, which premiered its first season last year.
In 2019, Perdomo earned a BAFTA TV Award nomination for Best Leading Actor for his role in the TV movie Killed by My Debt.
Perdomo, born on October 19, 1996, in Los Angeles, California, relocated to Southampton, Hampshire, England, with his mother during childhood. He attended Redbridge Community School before continuing his education at Peter Symonds College in Winchester.
While initially planning to study Law, he followed his passion for acting and moved to London instead. There, he became a member of the National Youth Theatre and honed his skills at the Identity School of Acting.
Producers of ‘Gen V’ Pay Tribute to Chance Perdomo
Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television issued a statement on X, expressing their condolences after the actor’s passing. “The entire Gen V family is devastated by the sudden passing of Chance Perdomo,” they wrote.
“Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television extend our heartfelt thoughts and support to Chance’s family and all who loved him at this difficult time.”
Gen V’s producers fondly recalled the actor as a charming and exceptionally talented artist.
“We can’t quite wrap our heads around this. For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person,” the producers added.
“Even writing about him in the past tense doesn’t make sense. We are so sorry for Chance’s family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague. Hug your loved ones tonight.”
