According to TMZ, the incident occurred during West’s set at Rolling Loud on Thursday, March 14. Some footage from the show revealed a person, allegedly a trans woman, getting into a fight with a man.
The fight ended up getting way out of control and caused a violent mosh pit. A bystander was heard shouting “WorldStar” multiple times.
However, the fight ended just as quickly as it started and the bystanders continued to dance to Kanye West’s music. The alleged trans woman was noticeably beaten up, with blood appearing on the side of their face.
TMZ further reported that it remains unclear if any arrests were made following the brawl.
Kanye West is currently promoting his new album Vultures 1, which made its debut on Feb. 10. Weeks after the release, West performed with his daughter North her track Talking during the album’s listening party in Paris.
Kanye West is Suing ‘Vultures’ Collaborator YesJulz for Breaching NDA
Along with the recent performance issue, Kanye West is now being forced to sue Vultures collaborator YesJulz for breaching her NDA.
According to HotNewHipHop, YesJulz was fired from the Yeezy team after she allegedly had unauthorized conversations with West’s fan pages. West’s Chief of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, also claimed that she owed $7.7 million in unpaid fines.
Letting her anger get the best of her, YesJulz took to X (formerly Twitter) and exposed Yiannopoulos. She revealed the inappropriate he was using to describe Kanye West fans. She also tweeted, “F— an NDA sue me… I dare Milo or any other lawyers at YZY to try.”
However, West has now decided to sue her for $8 million for breaching her NDA.
The legal document reveal that YesJulz (real name Julianne Goddard) has repeatedly, intentionally, and grossly violated the terms of her Non-Disclosure Agreement with Claimants. This includes publicly disclosing corporate sales figures, social media strategies, and even text messages from West and the management.
“To say Goddard suffers from a lack of impulse control would be to excuse her from responsibility for behavior that is hurtful, hateful, and destructive,” the document reads. “It is to give her pattern of mendacious, malicious, manipulative outbursts, a pass.”
The documents further point out that her NDA provides “liquidated damages,” which give the “obscene scope of Goddard’s deceitful disclosures.”
“She has accumulated a substantial tally derived from her malicious violations,” the document added. “Additionally Claimants seeks injunctive relief (preliminary and permanent) to stop Goddard’s further violations.”
The bottom of the document reads, “Amount in controversy: in excess of $8,000,000.”
