In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the two women claimed in separate lawsuits that the incidents happened in the late ‘90s. Both women alleged they were active in the hip-hop scene in the ‘80s and ‘90s. They also crossed paths with Combs on multiple occasions.
The first woman claimed she was sexually assaulted in multiple states by Diddy. However, her specific allegations were from alleged incidents in New York.
She stated that the rapper hired her to provide service for an event at his home in the Hamptons. Diddy allegedly offered her and other staff members a drink upon his arrival. After her first beverage, she claimed she felt “woozy, slipping in and out of consciousness.”
That was when a male associate of Diddy’s allegedly sexually assaulted her in his “direction.” He was present throughout the incident and was nud as “another man sodomiz[ed] him.”
The first woman further claimed that the alleged incident was caught on video, and Diddy refused to delete the footage.
The first woman then stated that she was sexually assaulted once again while attending a Combs party at Limelight nightclub in New York City.
She claimed that Diddy took her and one of her friends to the Trump Hotel in midtown Manhattan, where the women were held against their will. They were “drugged and forced to participate in group-sex activity,” during which the woman was sexually assaulted for several hours.
Combs let both women leave the following day.
A Second Female Victim Had a Similar Assault Incident With Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
Meanwhile, a second woman accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of similar sexual crimes. She alleged that “on numerous separate occasions,” the rapper became “violent” towards her. He also subjected her to “sexual assault, coercion, abuse, and violence” at his hands or under his direction.
The second woman claimed that the same night of Combs’ Limelight party, she was dating one of his security guards. She was also physically and sexually assaulted while the rap mogul watched. She and a friend were then “forced to take” what she thought was ecstasy or a similar drug. The women were also forced to participate in “a group sex activity.”
Both women are now suing for alleged violation of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. They are asking for compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm.
