According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Chelsea was arrested five days after she posted bail for previous drug charges. Law enforcement in Niagara, Wisconsin, pulled over a vehicle that she was traveling in on Nov. 18.
The officer reportedly noticed she had “pick marks” on her face. After being asked to provide identification, Chelsea relayed her name and date of birth.
Upon checking her information, the officer saw she was out on bond for drug cases in both Marinette and Oconto County. He then requested that K9 would conduct a sniff on the vehicle and received a positive alert.
Chelsea and the others in the vehicle were ordered to exit. After a thorough search of the car, the officer discovered Naloxone, a drug used to reverse the effects of opiate overdose, in the trunk.
As she was going through a weapon search, Chelsea removed a “clear smoking device” from her bra. The device tested positive for methamphetamine residue.
Chelsea was allegedly “argumentative” towards the responding law enforcement and placed in handcuffs. Once she was calm and cooperative, the restraints were notably removed.
After being turned over to the Marinette County Jail, Chelsea revealed she had a prescription bottle during the second search. The bottle had a clear bag of a crystal-like substance, a clear bag of hydrocodone, eight loose hydrocodone pills, and 16 lamotrigine pills. It also had one whole and three halves of Alprazolam pills.
Chelsea was previously arrested for drug trafficking location, child neglect, and possession of methamphetamine and THC. She will appear in court on Dec. 12.
