In a series of snapshots on Instagram, Mahomes poses in the $380 Louisa Ballou one-piece while standing on a docked boat. She used the sun and palm tree emoji in the caption.
Followers quickly took to the post to praise Brittany Mahomes while standing up to her critics. “Beautiful,” a follower wrote in the comment section. “So so sick of the jealous haters on your page. Jealousy never looked good on anyone. We love a high school sweethearts story.”
Another follower wrote, “Such a pretty girl Brittany… and you work so hard at everything you do… especially your marriage and family. You deserve all the happiness in the world.”
Along with her husband Patrick winning Super Bowl LVIII just a couple of weeks ago, Brittany made her Sports Illustrated debut. As a 2024 rookie, the mother of two posed for the publication’s annual Swim edition wearing red swimsuits, which included a cutout one-piece from Mugler.
“I’m truly just so humbled and still in disbelief,” Brittany told the publication. “As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in [the SI Swimsuit Issue]. I’m just so grateful for this opportunity.”
Brittany Mahomes went on to add, “I never in my wildest dreams thought this would happen. I’m so thankful and honored and so excited to be here with this team.”

Brittany Mahomes Is Unapologetically Herself No Matter What
While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Brittany Mahomes spoke about the constant criticism she receives for being an NFL wife.
“I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself,” Mahomes explained. “Love yourself and feel confident in whatever you do, and I think SI Swimsuit does, too.”
She also encourages others to be confident in who they are and be unapologetic as well. “People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”
In regards to her idols posing for Sports Illustrated as well, Brittany Mahomes added, “I think of all the incredible athletes I’ve grown up watching over the years, Just seeing elite athletes go out of their comfort zone [and pose for the magazine] is so inspiring!”
