According to court documents obtained by People, the plaintiff known as “Jane Doe” accused Combs of raping her in 2000 when she was just 16 years old.
The unidentified woman stated she lived in Lower Manhattan with her parents and worked as a babysitter in the same apartment building as Combs’ then-unnamed romantic partner.
When he first approached her, Combs asked the then-teen if she wanted a ride home. After rejecting the offer multiple times, she got into his vehicle. However, things became alarming for her when she was offered a beverage to “calm her down.” She claimed the drink made her “groggy” and “unsteady.”
Instead of taking her home, the plaintiff said she was taken to another location. Diddy and his two employees then allegedly raped her.
Following the traumatic incident, Diddy finally took her home and left her in the lobby of her apartment building.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in more than 30 lawsuits. He is currently behind bars after being charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Legal Team Speaks Out Following New Lawsuit Filing
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team addressed the latest lawsuit in a statement to People.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the legal team stated. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The latest lawsuit was filed just days before the new documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy premiered. One of his accusers, identified as Ashley, opened up about being sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.
Ashley filed a lawsuit against Diddy in October 2024. She recalled meeting Diddy after he showed up at an apartment in Oakland, California, of a man she had met. The following month, Combs showed up at the man’s apartment again. This time, he held a knife to her face and eventually assaulted her with a remote control.
Ashley stated that Kristina Khorram, Diddy’s chief of staff, was present for the assault and allegedly told her she could ship her anywhere in the world and would never see her family again.
Since the assault, she claimed that she has felt isolated and unable to trust other people.
“I’ve become incredibly reclusive,” she stated through tears. “I don’t trust anyone.”
