Betches posted a Swift-themed photo slideshow on Friday, featuring a post from X (formerly Twitter) that remarked, “Every time we get a new lyric, the Hunger Games cannon goes off.”
The message included a Photoshopped image of Alwyn’s face projected into the sky, labeled “District BS” underneath. Of course, this mimics the style used in the Jennifer Lawrence-led dystopian movie series to announce the death of a Hunger Games competitor.
Taylor Swift liked the post roasting Joe Alwyn, prompting her loyal fans to slide into the comments.
“I CANT BELIEVE TAYLOR LIKED THIS… SHE IS COMING FOR JOE,” one Swiftie exclaimed. “Taylor liking this is crazy,” another fan added. “taylor liking actually has me so weak,” a third fan gushed.
