According to the Daily Mail, the Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted by photographers driving from Windsor Castle on Monday, March 11. Middleton was sitting in the backseat of the vehicle alongside Prince William.
The media outlet further reported that the Prince of Wales was heading to Westminster Abbey for the annual Commonwealth Day Service. Although Kate Middleton was in the vehicle with her husband, she didn’t attend the event. She went to an appointment instead.
However, the latest snapshot of the Prince and Princess of Wales did not convince others that nothing was going on behind closed doors after Middleton’s photo fail.

Experts revealed to Daily Mail that the Mother’s Day photograph, which featured Kate Middleton with her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, was changed using Photoshop and related AI tools.
Other media outlets also believe the image was edited. Several photo agencies put out a “kill notification” on the image. This means that the pic has been removed from their websites.
Middleton addressed the photo rumors by stating she did edit the photo. “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” she wrote. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C.”
Following Kate Middleton’s Apology, PR Experts Urge Royal Officials to Release Unedited Photo
Meanwhile, PR experts have told the Daily Mail they are urging the royal officials to release Kate Middleton’s unedited photo.
Mark Borkowski, one of the PR experts, shared his opinion about the situation. It’s plausible she’s at home play with the computer and using an AI tool,” he said. “But if they’re really going to regain any sort of trust they should release the unedited photo.”
Borkowski was optimistic and said the photo “can’t be that bad” if the royal officials are making a few tweaks.
“I find they have risen to the challenge, provided the statement as an explanation,” he said. “The question is with all the conspiracy theories running around, is whether people believe it and I’m not sure they will.”
Borkowski explained the photo had exposed a public relations problem for the royals. “That’s the issue,” he pointed out. “There doesn’t seem to be that much joined up strategic thinking at the heart of the Royal Family at the moment, which leads to these problems where it’s a very difficult organization to manage in terms of PR.”
Royal sources also stated that Prince William had taken the photo. It was further revealed that the snap was taken at Windsor last week.
