Seemingly hinting that some physical changes may be coming, Britney Spears reveals she’s considering plastic surgery in an Instagram video featuring her naked on a beach.
The Instagram video’s caption reads, “Hello to my ass!!!”. However, Spears previously posted with a different caption, reading, “Hello to my ass!!! Raise my ass a little higher so I have more booty !!!! Thinking of getting injections on my ass to make it fuller like that.”

Britney Spears decided to delete the original post but then re-posted the video an hour later with a less lengthy and detailed caption.
The video made its debut on Instagram not long after Spears made a separate post sharing how her infamous 13-conservatorship had physically impacted her.
“I’m not here to be a victim, I’m here to express that even though I did a book about my experiences, the trauma is still there and probably will always be,’” Britney Spears wrote in the since-deleted post.
Spears also stated that while she portrays herself as “very together” on Instagram, she knows there are a lot of people who aren’t aware of what she physically went through.
Britney then admitted she finds it difficult to forgive her parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears, whom she accused of causing “serious nerve damage” to the right side of her body.
“I have to be the bigger person and forgive my own parents… but that’s extremely hard!!!” she wrote. “I will do my best to let it go and not let others down by my anger!!!”
Britney Spears Previously Spoke About Having ‘Reverse Effects’ to Botox
Despite her interest in “injections” on her “booty,” Britney Spears also spoke out about her previous negative experiences with injections.
In August 2023, Spears vowed to never get injectables again after having “reverse effects” to Botox.
“Too many times, these so-called ‘best doctors’ do amazing Botox. Never again in Los Angeles,” Britney wrote in a since-deleted post, per Us Weekly. “For probably 10 to 15 years, I haven’t had mine done right, and … I can’t even be seen for 2 weeks [afterward].”
To give her followers an example of what the effect made her look like, Britney wrote, “OK, so maybe in a movie like Just Go with It where [Rachel Dratch’s] eyebrows are messed up, that’s funny. But not in real life when one eye is black and blue and way higher than the other. I cried and then I’m like, ‘When is this gonna go away?’”
Britney Spears claimed doctors told her that she would need to “give it a week or two” due to the unexpected swelling.
“Sometimes the nerves act that way and have a reverse effect, and I’m like, ‘I look like somebody beat the s—t out of me,’” she detailed. “So of course, I go back and show the doctor. She says that’s completely normal, and I said, ‘Then why can’t I go anywhere for two weeks?’”
At the end of her rant, Spears added, “F—K BOTOX, it is horrific!!”
