During the latest episode of her misSPELLING podcast, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum spoke about her body’s changes after delivering all of her children by c-section.
“I had five C-Sections, you guys,” she explained. “So, I have to go on record and brag for a second that my OB-GYN says I have the lady parts of a 14-year-old, ‘cause its intact.”
Tori Spelling also stated that she didn’t the five c-sections “on purpose” despite claims that actresses “all get c-sections.”
Spelling pointed out she really wanted to have her children vaginally. “If anyone out there has had a c-section, you know it’s not easy,” she continued. “They’re like slicing and dicing across your stomach, through your muscles.”
Tori then recalled the first time she had undergone the procedure. “it was like an emergency c-section,” she recalled. “Like, I wanted to push, you guys. I wanted to be that girl.”
Spelling became a first-time mother in March 2007 with the birth of her eldest son, Liam. She shares him along with his four siblings Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau with estranged husband Dean McDermott.
Tori Spelling Admitted to Using Ozemptic After Struggling to Lose Pregnancy Weight
Also during the latest misSPELLING episode, Tori Spelling opened up about using Ozempic after she struggled to lose pregnancy weight.
“I tried Ozempic and it didn’t work for me,” she explained. “So I went on Mournjaro, which did do the trick and I did lose weight.”
Noting why she’s speaking out about using the medication for weight loss, Tori Spelling said, “It’s a different time, so I don’t feel shamed saying that.”
Spelling then said with her first four children, she didn’t have any issues with losing weight post-pregnancy. However, after welcoming Beau, she couldn’t lose the weight on her own.
“At my heaviest, I was 120 pounds my entire life,” she pointed out. “And after Beau, I was 160 pounds. I couldn’t lose the weight and the doctor was like, ‘Well, it’s an age thing.’”
After attempting to do whatever anyone told her to do that was safe, Spelling said nothing was helping her to shed the pounds. She was then prescribed Mournjaro and hormones since she was approaching menopause. The medication helped her achieve her weight loss goals.
“I’m happy with my weight,” Tori Spelling concluded. “I did go off of it because I had hit my ideal weight and I felt like I didn’t want to be any thinner.”
