According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuit on Monday, Feb. 3. The anonymous male singer claimed that the incident happened during a 2015 performance at a Los Angeles nightclub. He stated that Diddy showed up to the event with his crew.
The singer recalled one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ associates told him that if he performed well, the rap mogul would possibly sign him with Bad Boy Records.
However, things took a turn after the anonymous man’s performance. After singing, he said he was invited up to the VIP section with Diddy and other “well-known” artists, who allegedly were taking drugs. During the hangout, the singer said he was handed a drink that Diddy sent over.
After drinking the unknown beverage, the singer quickly felt lightheaded and eventually blacked out. He recalled that at one point, he saw Sean “Diddy” Combs and his crew having group sex around him while he was going in and out of consciousness.
In his lawsuit, the singer shared photos of a small container which he claimed that Diddy used to dose drinks with GHB, also known as the “date rape drug.”
The singer then revealed that at one point, he woke up to Diddy grabbing him. He also accused the now disgraced rapper of performing oral on him. The accuser further stated that while he tried to fight back, Diddy allegedly threatened to ruin his music career.
The singer was finally able to escape when Diddy demanded him to have sex with a woman in the room. He pretended to go to the bathroom and then took off.
The Accuser Is Now Going After Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment For Sexual Battery and Conspiracy
The accuser is now suing Sean “Diddy” Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment for sexual battery and conspiracy. He is one of dozens of people who are allegedly filing lawsuits against the rapper while he remains behind bars.
Diddy’s legal team has released a statement about the latest lawsuit against the rapper. “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
Diddy is now awaiting his trial, which is set to start in May.
