Jennifer Aniston did not display a baby bump on the set of her upcoming movie Murder Mystery, despite a bogus report suggesting the actress is pregnant with Brad Pitt‘s child. Gossip Cop can debunk the story. It’s completely ridiculous.
New Idea published photos on its website of Aniston filming reshoots for her upcoming Netflix movie Murder Mystery, along with the headline, “Do these photos prove Jennifer Aniston is PREGNANT?” The two images in question show the actress placing her hand on her stomach while walking to set. The short answer is: no.
The unreliable outlet goes on to say that Aniston “was having what can only be described as a ‘Meghan Markle moment,'” by “resting her hand on her slightly protruding belly” on set. The tabloid further maintains that the actress’s appearance “had fans in a frenzy as they speculated whether the star could be pregnant.” Who exactly are these “fans” and where is the “frenzy”? It’s just New Idea sparking the pregnancy rumors.
From there, the outlet says Aniston’s “baby bump” is emerging on the heels of her so-called “honeymoon in Paris” with Pitt. This is in reference to a phony story the magazine published last week, and which Gossip Cop already debunked. The outlet had claimed the ex-spouses went on a romantic getaway to Paris, but they were never spotted together in the European city. The actor was photographed in Paris several times last week, but his ex-wife doesn’t appear to have been overseas.
The tabloid’s “honeymoon in Paris” story followed another one about Pitt and Aniston getting married at her 50th birthday party last month. A rep for the actress assured us on the record that the story was absurd. Reputable entertainment outlets such as E! News have also noted that Pitt and Aniston “definitely aren’t dating or on that path,” despite being friendly again.
The magazine is now insinuating that Pitt impregnated Aniston during their so-called “honeymoon in Paris” last week. Putting aside the fact that “baby bumps” don’t emerge in a week, it’s more important to note that the ex-spouses didn’t go on a romantic getaway, nor are they back together in any capacity.
Despite the outlet’s article being baseless and illogical, Gossip Cop still checked in with Aniston’s rep, who tells us on the record that this latest story about her being pregnant is “nonsense.” New Idea simply took two photos of the actress placing her hand on her stomach on a movie set and decided to create a fake narrative involving Pitt and a baby.
