Rap star Megan Thee Stallion is the subject of a new lawsuit that could have her in hot water. Megan’s former cameraman, Emilio Garcia, has filed a sexual harassment suit against Megan. Garcia claims that the rap star forced him to watch her have sex.
“Garcia claims he was in an SUV during a tour in Ibiza, Spain in June 2022 when the rapper started having sex with another passenger in the car, which Garcia said he was stuck in both because the car was moving and he was “in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country,” the complaint reads.

But the claims made against the femcee don’t stop with the sexual harassment. Garcia also says that the rapper body shamed him. He accused her of saying things like “You don’t need to be eating” and calling him a “Fat b—-h.”
Megan and her team are hitting back at the explosive claims made against her. Her lawyer says that the claims made against her are “salacious,” and they plan to fight back against the accusations in court.
“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Page Six.” “We will deal with this in court.”
Garcia Says Workplace Conditions Made Job Difficult
In the complaint, Garcia’s lawyer says that there was a track record of inappropriate behavior by the rap star. So much to the point where it became difficult for him to complete the duties of his employment. The former cameraman had worked for the “WAP” artist from 2018 until June 2023. Garcia’s attorney says that his termination was a “direct retaliation,” for his decision to make his complaints public.
“Such harassment was so severe or pervasive that it altered the terms and conditions of Plaintiff’s employment, creating a hostile, abusive work environment and making his working conditions intolerable,” the complaint adds.
It seems like things are just getting started with the explosive complaint. And neither side has shown a willingness to budge from their current position. It will be interesting to see what the outcome is.
