American supermodel Gigi Hadid posted a series of tweets that addressed her changing body image while also calling out body shamers who attack people on social media.
Hadid began by explaining that she suffers from Hashimoto's disease, an illness that leads to an underactive thyroid gland.
Hadid then tweeted about the struggle to treat the disease and the long road it's been to living a healthier lifestyle, despite her being perceived as "too skinny."
After explaining this, Hadid used her story as a segue to lay into those that body shame others on social media.
She topped it all off with a mic drop tweet and some wise advice for those who judge other people on their appearances:
