Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have not “split for the second time,” despite a false report. Gossip Cop can debunk the bogus breakup rumors. The couple is still together.
An alleged insider tells RadarOnline that the singer and actor’s relationship had “been hanging by a thread for months,” but now it’s finally over “and there will be no wedding.” The supposed source further contends that Cyrus recently began “rethinking her commitment” to her fiance and the idea of tying the knot.
“She’s accomplished a lot in her life, but there’s still a lot she wants to do, and Miley doesn’t want to have to answer to anybody, least of all a husband,” adds the suspicious tipster. Meanwhile, Hemsworth is said to be “fed up” with his fiancee’s reluctance to walk down the aisle. “He wants kids and doesn’t want to keep putting it off,” says the seemingly nonexistent source, who further contends that the couple’s friends “aren’t betting on Miley making the commitment he wants.”
The engaged couple began dating in 2009, then split in 2013 and reunited in 2016. Despite the blog’s claim, they haven’t broken up for a second time. Last week, Cyrus and Hemsworth were spotted bowling in Nashville with “Bachelorette” stars Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth. Fans confirmed the sighting with posts on a Twitter page dedicated to Cyrus.
Meanwhile, another Twitter page with updates on Cyrus and Hemsworth’s relationship features photo of the two at a Fourth of July party in Nashville last week. Despite what the untrustworthy website claims, there’s plenty of evidence on social media proving the couple is still going strong.
It should be noted, the gossip media is constantly writing conflicting reports about the couple’s relationship. In February, Gossip Cop busted RadarOnline’s sister publication, OK!, for falsely claiming that Cyrus had a “baby bump” at the Grammys. Naturally, the singer wasn’t expecting a child and she still isn’t.
Last October, the same tabloid wrongly reported that Cyrus and Hemsworth had “called off” their engagement. Exactly one month later, the untrustworthy magazine said Cyrus and Hemsworth were “secretly married.” The outlet clearly has trouble keeping tracks of its contradictory narratives.
The singer and actor haven’t shared photos of each other on social media since March, which may be one of the reasons RadarOnline is alleging they’ve split. However, Cyrus and Hemsworth were spotted celebrating Father’s Day with her parents just a few weeks ago, further proving they’re still a couple.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
