The rapper-turned-fashion mogul-turned social media provocateur took to X (formerly Twitter) for his latest controversial post on Thursday.
After news broke that he and Censori had split after just over two years of marriage, West — now known mononymously as “Ye” — shared a new post to X.
“Is the coercion,” he wrote, per the Daily Mail.
The X community note responded on the post, saying, “Yes, coercion is illegal.”
“Coercion is the act of forcing someone to do something against their will through threats or intimidation,” the note continued. “It can involve physical harm, psychological abuse, extortion, blackmail or sexual assault.”
West’s post was deleted shortly afterwards, with his X account currently displaying no posts.
Kanye West and Wife Bianca Censori Have Reportedly Split After Just Over 2 Years of Marriage
Sources told The Daily Mail on Thursday that West and Censori had separated, with legal proceedings to formally end the marriage expected in the coming days.
The outlet also said that Censori verbally agreed to receive a $5 million settlement following their brief marriage, which began in December 2022.
West has been outspoken on X over the last week, following his and Censori’s red carpet stunt at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
Wearing an oversized black fur coat, Censori made a dramatic entrance with her husband before revealing a sheer, see-through dress with nothing underneath. Meanwhile, West, fully clothed, stood by, encouraging her and the ongoing photoshoot.
The pair were reportedly escorted out of the awards ceremony following the stunt.
Following the Grammys, West went on a frantic posting spree on X, which included praise for Hitler, pleas for President Donald Trump to pardon Diddy, and claims that all white people are racist. He also announced he had “dominion” over Censori.
“I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE. THIS AINT NO WOKE AS FEMINIST S—. SHES WITH A BILLIONAIRE. WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB ASS BROKE B—ES,” the “Jesus Walks” rapper wrote.
West then took out a Super Bowl LIX commercial to draw viewers to his fashion website, which featured only one product: T-shirts emblazoned with a swastika.
The website was soon shutdown, with Ye spokesperson Milo Yiannopoulos telling NBC News, “Ye is an intergenerational artist and icon who continues to redefine the limits of creativity and free expression. He has deactivated his X account for the time being.”
