On Aug. 19, 2024, Michelle Harlukowicz attended a promotional event for Real American Beer at Thirsty Cowboys in Ohio. At the event, Hogan and his team excited the crowd by promoting the launch of the new beer and tossing cans into the audience to boost the energy.
Harlukowicz says she took a cold one to the head during the promotional stunt. She claims it took 10 stitches to recover after being clobbered by one of the singles, according to Fox 8.

“She had an open wound to her forehead,” Harlukowicz’s attorney Eric Tayfel explained to the outlet. “It was pretty big. She ended up needing a number of stitches to her head. She’s going to have some permanent scarring from that,” he added.
“It’s unconscionable to think that you’re going to go to a bar to see a celebrity and end up being pelted with it with a can of beer,” Tayfel pointed out.
Woman Seeks Compensation From Hulk Hogan for Pain, Suffering and Emotional Distress
Real American Beer and Thirsty Cowboys, both named in the lawsuit, are now facing allegations of negligence linked to the incident. The suit, filed by Tayfel on Feb. 10, seeks compensation for his client’s medical expenses, pain and suffering, as well as emotional distress.
“How does a responsible company allow full cans of beer to be thrown into a crowd of its guests,” Tayfel insisted. The attorney is also hoping to avoid this sort of thing happening again to other Hulkamaniacs across the country.

“First of all, we want some accountability,” Tayfel explained. “He is still touring around hocking his beer. We certainly don’t want to have this happen to anyone else.”
Those curious about the beverage can grab a can without it being hurled at you by a bronzed muscleman.
You can find Real American Beer at major supermarkets like Albertsons, Safeway, Sam’s Club, and Walmart. It’s also available at retailers such as Total Wine & More and ABC Fine Wine & Spirits.
It’s “a most refreshing brew indeed,” an alleged Beer Snob claims per their website,
