EASY TO CLEAN: When you open up your package and remove the doormat from the box give your doormat a good shake! It is normal for the doormat to shed fibers. An occasional brushing or shaking will help maintain its best appearance. Do not pull the fibers out as this can cause a deterioration of the backing. Do not expose to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or direct rain.

*Rush Shipping* We offer rush shipping upgrades! Reach out to us with the date you need your doormat in hand for options! We use various couriers depending on the transit time and location. All of our orders and shipments are provided a tracking number for you convenience.

*Gift Notes* If you wish to have a gift note included with your order we are happy to do that for you. Please check the option "this order is a gift" at checkout as well as "add gift message for ". Make sure to include to and from names as this is exactly what will appear on your gift note.
