Fashion Week in Paris, France is a madhouse, to say the least. With designers, supermodels, makeup artists, hair stylists and other fashionistas, we rush to the runway eager to see the next trends in fashion and art. Those with tickets to the show get to admire the latest garments from new and up-and-coming designers, as well as the ones we already know and love like, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Chanel and many more.
We expect to see famous models like Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne and Gigi and Bella Hadid on the runway, but wait- what? Who is that?
While we all want a chance to strut our stuff, you kind of have to be asked, right? Well, for Marie Benoliel (a.k.a. Marie S'Infiltre), she just went for it!
Marie Benoliel hopped on the Chanel runway midway through the collection walk attempting to blend right in. And even though her choice of a black and white tweed ensemble with a black bowler was spot on, she didn’t get past everyone- especially not Gigi Hadid.
As soon Benoliel made her debut, security ran over to stop her, but not before Hadid confronted the prankster. Hadid stopped Benoliel, and then walked her off the runway.
But even with a small interruption, the rollout of Chanel’s spring/summer 2020 womenswear collection was a hit. And now we wish we had the funds to afford such a luxury brand.
