Tammy Hembrow, the Australian fitness influencer/model, has taken over Instagram with her unbelievable body. Over just about two years, her body drastically changed from skinny to curvey, especially when it came to her booty. She's claiming that the transformation was all natural, but that seems almost too good to be true.
She's a mother of two who has used her huge following of 8.8 million on Instagram into a fitness brand called Saski Collection where she sells women's fitness and leisure clothing. On top of that, she sells her workout guides so her followers can get the same booty she has.
She revealed to New Idea that she obtained this booty by training three to five days a week with high-intensity interval training, weights, and cardio. Along with that, she eats a protein-rich diet and loads up on complex carbohydrates.
Tammy doesn't deprive herself either. She keeps herself healthy by eating every 2-3 hours and enjoying some cheat days as well. But clearly, there's not too many of those.
Tammy's before and after booty pics are insane, but that's not the only transformation she's shown off. The mother of two shared how quickly she got her post-baby body back in shape. She did this by training all throughout her pregnancy and listening carefully to her doctors to make sure that what she was doing was healthy for her and her baby. And wow this woman bounced back quick!
