Per Deadline, Mark Adams Prieto, 58, was indicted earlier this week. Prieto was arrested last month, just before the concert took place, over the alleged plot. Prieto allegedly hoped to spark a “race war” prior to the 2024 US presidential election.

Prieto faces a multitude of charges, including Possession of an Unregistered Firearm, Firearms Trafficking, and Transfer of a Firearm for Use in a Hate Crime. If convicted, Prieto could be sentenced to up to 40 years in prison.
Per Deadline, a source Prieto tried to recruit for his plot alerted the FBI of his plan. An undercover agent got involved – who Prieto also tried to recruit – leading to his arrest.
“Prieto believes that martial law will be implemented shortly after the 2024 election and that a mass shooting should occur prior,” a source told the FBI Phoenix. The source added that he was “ready to kill a bunch of people.”
This is a developing story.
